Beth Ann Boone

Beth Ann has been a resident of Louisa County for 23 years with her husband, Tom and daughter, Madie. Originally from the Eastern Shore of Maryland, she and Tom chose the quieter Central Virginia
life to the hustle and bustle of Washington, DC where she enjoyed the restaurant business and the fast pace of the city as a young adult. Living in Louisa County – in the triangle between Charlottesville, Richmond and Fredericksburg, Beth Ann and her family love to spend time hiking in Shenandoah National Park, gardening, exploring and photographing all that Central Virginia has to offer. Loving this area and all it has to offer, Beth Ann has a passion for helping her clients discover Louisa, Fluvanna, Charlottesville and Orange and their perfect home.
Prior to Real Estate, she worked with Doubletree by Hilton Hotels in both Charlottesville and Richmond as a Director of Sales and Marketing. She thoroughly enjoys building relationships with her clients and providing them with exceptional customer service. Her desire is to take her clients and walk them through the buying and selling process to make it as seamless and stress free as possible. Beth Ann has also had great experiences in advertising sales with The Central Virginian newspaper in Louisa, and home sales and marketing for a local builder, which have given her a strong knowledge of marketing to assist in selling homes.
Having grown up in a family of Realtors made the decision for Beth Ann become a full time Realtor easy and she has never looked back!
