David Alley

Originally from Baxley Georgia, Dave has called the Charlottesville area home nearly all his life. Dave grew up near Park Street, his grandfather was the local proprietor of what was Keevil & Keevil Grocery and Kitchen in the Belmont area. Dave proudly served eight years in the United States Navy and Army National Guard. He returned to the area and spent the first half of his career in logistics. Dave started his own telecommunications company and delivered positive results as an entrepreneur for 15 years selling in the U.S. and internationally. Dave brings professionalism, enthusiasm, and experience in negotiations to every real estate endeavor.
Dave gives generously of his time to support the local community in a volunteer capacity currently serving on the Board of Directors for Literacy Volunteers of Charlottesville-Albemarle. In the past he has been involved with the Northside Cal Ripken Baseball League, and Virginia Area Basketball Association (VABA), served on both boards and in his favorite role as a “Coach”.
