Steve White

Steve White is a native of Albemarle County and, except for college, has spent his entire life in the Charlottesville Virginia area. In 1993 he received his Real Estate license and has spent the last 20 years working for Roy Wheeler Realty Co. in its Farm and Estate division serving all of the central Virginia area. For the last 15 years Steve has been a consistent Top Producer within the Charlottesville Association of Realtors and he specializes in country properties, land, farms, estates and fine homes.

Steve enjoys meeting new people and has a passion for finding either the right property for a buyer or working with sellers to provide a professional marketing plan.

To some, the business of marketing real estate involves reducing properties to a simple commodity to be bought, sold or traded without any regard for the profound emotional or sentimental feelings that most people have for what has become an integral part of their lives. Steve understands these issues and while remaining in constant communication throughout the buying and/or selling process.

Steve currently lives in the Crozet area of Albemarle County with his two children Luke (13) and Katie Anne (10). When not involved in real estate activities, Steve enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his two children in their various sporting activities, playing golf,  and fishing.
