About Susan Cameron Reres
In an area where pastoral beauty and mountain views form the backdrop for a thriving downtown and renowned university setting, Susan is part town mouse, part country mouse. She has been buying and selling real estate for many years and has made it a mission to stay on top of property values and market conditions. She loves serving her clients alongside the outstanding team at Roy Wheeler Realty.
Susan grew up at the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY, and graduated Bates College in Maine with a B.A. in history and Russian studies. She lived for years in the Washington, D.C., area, working in the communications and technology industries. Today, Susan and her family live on a small farm in beautiful Afton wine country at the foot of the Blue Ridge. Time spent in such a beautiful part of the world has strengthened her commitment to environmental sustainability and stewardship.
With the JAG School at the University of Virginia and the National Ground Intelligence Center north of town, more and more military and veteran families are coming to the Charlottesville area. They soon discover it’s a great place to live and retire. As a Military Relocation Specialist, Susan enjoys welcoming families and helping them find the perfect place to call home. Being able to serve those who serve is an honor.
Most importantly, Susan’s work for her clients does not end at the closing table. She brings an enthusiastic and energetic spirit to everything she does, and she consistently puts that to work for her clients.
