Ann Adams

Ann is a Realtor and personal assistant to Frank Quayle, President of Roy Wheeler Realty Co.  Working with Michael Guthrie, our CEO/Managing Broker, she assists Michael with the day-to-day operation of the Corporate Office at Ednam Hall.  She has been with the firm for 23 years and takes pride in being associated with a firm with the reputation of being one of the oldest and most trusted brokerages in the Charlottesville area since 1927.  Ann works exclusively with the clients and customers of Frank Quayle and is happy to assist in any way possible with real estate transactions.  If you are looking to buy or sell an upper bracket home or a farm and estate property, you can rest assured you have come to the right place.

Ann has personal experience in the buying and selling process.  She grew up in Georgia but she and her husband moved progressively up the east coast, having lived in LaGrange, GA, Clemson, SC, Laurens, SC, and Greenville, NC before landing in Charlottesville in 1983.  She worked for a period of time at the University of Virginia’s Facilities Management Department  Department before accepting her position at Roy Wheeler Realty Co.
