Ann-Marie Guadagno

Originally from Connecticut, Charlottesville has been my home for 20 years. I’ve had success selling products and services locally and abroad, but the most fun and gratifying job I’ve ever had was selling new home construction. After a hiatus, I returned to real estate and am proud to have joined Roy Wheeler Realty. I spend my time at my home in Stanardsville as well as Piney Run Farm in Free Union. We run cattle, sheep and some pigs. Farming and land conservation has taught me patience, perseverance and to always plan for the unexpected. My daughter Olivia and her fiance Jeff serve in the US Army and are currently stationed at Fort Bragg.
