Ashley McMahon

Born and raised in Charlottesville, Ashley is familiar with all the city and surrounding areas as to offer. From growing up on the East side of town and living in Keswick for 7 years, to living downtown as a student at UVA, then living in the city outskirts as a young adult, and now residing in Esmont, Ashley’s knowledge of the Charlottesville market is unmatched. She can address any housing need from city apartments and suburban neighborhoods, to sprawling farm lands. Real estate has long been a passion of Ashley’s and for the last 8 years she has partnered with her husband Mike, also a Roy Wheeler agent, to run their property management business. Together they draw from a large pool of real estate investment and remodeling experience. Ashley also pulls from her experiences as a small business owner (Scoopers Ice Cream in Louisa), a special education teacher, and a collegiate athlete to deliver her clients a sound, disciplined, and thoughtful approach to the home buying process.
