Roxana Juarez

I am originally from Uruguay and I have called Shenandoah Valley my home for the last fifteen years. Throughout the years I have seen the area grow and change into a desirable destination for families and businesses.

 I began my career by working in the restaurant business, from managing and eventually owning my own restaurant. This had thought me the value of connecting with people, hard work and building great relationships with the community. Throughout these years I also, continue working as a certified medical interpreter and in various healthcare facilities are where I understood the significance of an accurate and clear communication as I developed an understanding of human connection and the need to help others.

Real Estate has always been a passion of mine that is why I have decided to fulfill that dream and obtain my Real Estate License.  I believe that with my diverse work experience, attention to detail and, uplifting and contagious positivity I could help others to buy or sell their home while making their experience enjoyable just like a friend would do.

I look forward to helping you discover your dream home or help you sell your current home so that you can continue to create long-lasting memories just like I been doing in this beautiful area.

As a good adventurous, I enjoy traveling, meeting new people, and spending time outdoors. 

Nacida en Uruguay me mude a los Estados Unidos hace quince años y desde entonces he llamado
Shenandoah Valley mi hogar. En el correr de estos años he visto el área crecer y transformarse en uno
de los destinos deseables para familias y negocios.
Comencé mi carrera trabajando en el negocio de restaurantes, empezando como administrativa y
eventualmente llegué a ser dueña de uno de ellos. Esto me ha enseñado el valor de la conexión con la
gente, lo que significa trabajar duro y la importancia de apoyar a la comunidad.
En el transcurso de estos años continué trabajando como interprete médico y allí es donde entendí la
importancia de una comunicación clara y precisa, al mismo tiempo como la conexión humana y la
necesidad de ayudar a otros.
Real Estate ha sido siempre una de mis pasiones y es por eso qué decidí cumplir ese sueño y obtener la
licencia. Con mi diversa experiencia laboral, la atención al detalle y mi contagiosa personalidad positiva
puedo ayudar a otros a comprar o vender su casa creando una experiencia agradable tanto como un
amigo lo haría.
Espero poder ayudarlo/a a descubrir la casa de sus sueños o ayudarlo/a a vender su casa actual para que
pueda continuar creando recuerdos duraderos así como yo lo he estado haciendo en esta hermosa área.
