Sue Ann Conquest

About Sue Ann Conquest

A proud Hoosier, Sue Ann grew up in Crown Point, a northwest Indiana town 50 miles from Chicago.  A graduate of Indiana – Purdue University with a BS degree in Occupational Therapy, her past professional career has focused on adult rehabilitation and geriatrics in skilled nursing facilities.

In the spring of 2007, Sue Ann made a decision to embark on a second career – obtaining her Virginia real estate license. Understanding the importance of continuing education in her new profession, she promptly set-out to obtain her Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI) REALTOR® designation.  With this, she began to work with REALTOR® husband, Dan (her high school “sweetheart”) – as a team, offering clients all the benefits of their respective talents, experiences & personal perspectives. Based on a dedicated focus to delivering exceptional service & expertise, client referral & repeat clients are keys to the business success of Sue Ann & Dan.

Fortunate to have been a “stay at home mom” when her children were very young, Sue Ann made time to be an enthusiastic volunteer at school, church and in the community.  Dan’s business career gave the family opportunities to enjoy living in various parts of the country. The frequent family relocations gave Sue Ann unique insight, as a wife and mother, into the complex issues which face ALL family members during real estate transactions – whether a local move or a long-distance move. Acknowledged in her professions as a person with excellent interpersonal skills, she prides herself in being a good listener – good at offering appropriate consultation – key to successful client working relationships.

Sue Ann & Dan take great pride in their family – daughter Jennifer, UVA grad and “retired” Red Hill Elementary School teacher, husband Stephen Turner – UVA grad & internal medicine physician at Augusta Health – their young children – Lilly & Owen; son Chris, James Madison University graduate – employed by KPGM & wife Kim, JMU & Georgetown graduate – employed by Evolent Health – located in Northern Virginia. Dog lover’s one and all, the Conquests have a new family addition – “Sophie” – a sweet, black & white cockapoo!

Sue Ann enjoys reading, experimenting with new recipes, gardening, volunteering, needlework, and family vacations with being a grandparent (“Mimi”) topping the list!

Sue Ann would be pleased to make your acquaintance & offer you her exceptional level of client service! Feel free to email or call her to discuss your real estate interests & needs.
