That philosophy stands true today as it was in 1927 when Roy Wheeler borrowed $300 to open Roy Wheeler Realty on the top floor of the Monticello Drug Store.

Historic Ednam Hall

Built in 1903 by a New York City investor, Ednam Hall is one of Charlottesville’s historic treasures and the Roy Wheeler flagship office. Perfectly positioned on Ivy Road across from Farmington Country Club and to the left of The Boars Head Inn, Ednam Hall houses all of the Roy Wheeler administration as well as the Farms and Estates division of Roy Wheeler.
