“It had been 25 years since my wife and I engaged in a real estate transaction. In that 25 years we had restored an historic Richmond home to the point that it would take quite a property to uproot us, but we were motivated to purchase a new property in order to accommodate a first floor living plan. In particular, she was able to match us with a home inspector who specialized in historic homes, which was precisely what we needed. Start to finish, Caroline exceeded our expectations in every aspect of the process. We ended up with a property that was beyond anything we could have ever imagined because of Caroline’s guidance and advice. Additionally, the manner and grace with which she conducted business made it a pleasure and redefined for us what a real estate transaction can be.”
