We couldn’t be more grateful for our agent. We needed to move in the thick of the pandemic and weren’t even able to visit the home before putting in an offer. Fortunately, Ryan (figuratively) held our hand through the whole process, going above and beyond to give us more than enough pictures and videos and information, constantly videochatting us from the house, and showing up for us and representing us when we couldn’t be there for the inspection, visits with electricians and contractors, and the final walk through. We trusted him 100% with buying a home sight unseen! He was constantly available, supportive, and walked us through everything.
