When we decided to relocate to Crozet, VA from Vermont, this task was more challenging for us as we decided we wanted to rent before buying a home. We have pets that made finding a rental very difficult (plus we were unable to actively visit the rentals). Sarah was quick to respond to the request for help, since we were still in VT at this point. She went over and beyond the “call of duty” and indeed landed us a “perfect rental,” and even was creative in face-timing with us as we did a walk through with the owners while we were out of state. We couldn’t have found this rental without her help, and we knew that she was the realtor we would want to use to find our property.
Indeed, after we were in Crozet 2 weeks, we called Sarah ready to look for a “fixer-upper” to renovate while we were renting. She was more than helpful with answering all our questions, helping us in the search, and ultimately helping us find the property that fit our needs. She truly listens to what you are looking for in a home. This house we found was vacant and needed lots of TLC, and there were other issues along the way before settlement; however, Sarah was always quick to respond and help us through the logistical details. She even had some very creative suggestions when we negotiated for our property, that was too our benefit. We have had many real estate transactions over the years, and by far, Sarah is the best realtor we have ever had. She is always professional, helpful, and has excellent communication skills. In addition, she is a wealth of knowledge, knows the region well, and is an excellent real estate broker. We will call Sarah again when we need to deal in real estate transactions again. We give her our highest recommendations.
