Simone and her husband and real estate partner Dave have called Charlottesville home for over 20 years. They know the ins and outs of the markets and are ready to put their skills to use for you.
Born in Waynesboro to parents who emigrated from Germany in the 1950’s, Simone attributes much of her success to growing up in such a fantastic area the reminds her of the Black Forest. After graduating from Radford University with a Business Marketing degree, she moved away from the Shenandoah Valley yet she soon found that her love of the Blue Ridge Mountains and strong family ties drew her back to the area she missed so much. Simone has enjoyed over twenty years of experience in sales, sales management and training and public relations throughout Virginia with a particular emphasis on Charlottesville and the Shenandoah Valley. She learned the skills of becoming a strategic business partner with her customers deeping an exceptional level of integrity, customer focus and proactive leadership. After serving more than 100 real estate clients closing $29,000,000 in real estate sales over the past 10 years, Simone can promise there is nothing like having an experienced agent working for you. Originally from Baxley Georgia, Dave has called the Charlottesville area home nearly all his life. Dave grew up near Park Street, his grandfather was the local proprietor of what is now Keevil & Keevil Grocery and Kitchen in the Belmont area. Dave proudly served six years in the United States Navy and Army National Guard. He then returned to the area and began a career in logistics for Nimbus and Phillips Communications. Dave then started his own telecommunications company and delivered positive results as an entrepreneur for 15 years. Owning a successful business that grossed over six million in sales annually and conducted business globally provided a real world education for Dave. This success laid the path for his real estate career. Dave brings professionalism, enthusiasm, and experience in negotiations to every real estate endeavor.
Both Simone and Dave give generously of their time to support the local community currently serving as Directors for the Charlottesville Chamber of Commerce and Literacy Volunteers. In the past they have been involved with the Greater Charlottesville United Way, American Heart Association, Northside Cal Ripkin Baseball League and the Virginia Area Basketball Association (VABA).
Dave and Simone enjoy spending time with their twins Madison and Bryson, and their sweet dog Bella.
